Here’s a guide to help you brew a healthy cup of tea:

• Prepare tea bag and cup.

• Boil 100-250ml of water.

• Pour freshly boiled water (90-100°c) immediately over tea bag.

• Steep for 3-7 minutes or longer to release the tea's flavor.

Add lemon, calamansi, or some honey to add a hint of sweetness. Or, you may add a pinch of black pepper to help your body absorb the substance curcumin from turmeric.

TIP: Don't rush to prepare your tea. Enjoy the process of creating your cup in every tea bag.

Transfer the tea bags in an airtight container after opening and store them in a cool, dark, and dry place.
